Modified Projection Model from Beta_Rank

So I ran a modified version of the projection model. This time saturated with program dummies and an aggressive time decay so that I wasn't weighting too heavily to past coaches. It makes quite a large difference for some teams in their projection for 2019 to have an program specific field in addition to their fundementals like recruiting, returning production, and prior performance in Beta_Rank. I would not say this is a finished product or the new champion projection model, but I am definitely going to compare the results of the two models at the end of the year and keep refining it.
