Rob: The MAC had some better teams this season, but Miami and Central Michigan met in the championship. Miami was +4 on turnovers in their matchup against Buffalo, +2 against Ohio, +1 against Central Michigan. When they played better teams and won they got some turnovers. They will need it here, because the Cajuns are for real. They come in with the #19 offense and #12/#76 run/pass split. It is somewhat worrying that they are run heavy given how run heavy offenses have under-performed this bowl season, but the Red Hawks are at #71 with an #86/#58 split so it may not matter. On the other side of the ball Miami comes in at #125 with a #99/#110 split. The Cajuns are a solid G5 defense at #56 with a #59/#49 split. It's not going to be close without turnovers or serious bowl weirdness.
